Younited is the instant credit provider for the e-economy in Europe. In this project, I handled various tasks, including UX Research, Competitive Analysis, User and Stakeholder Interviews, and also took on roles as a User Interface designer and Illustrator. I relied on the 1300+ reviews on Trustpilot, as the product was already live, to gather valuable data. In addition, I used Hotjar and Google Analytics to collect Heatmaps from different zones, devices, and user interactions, providing valuable insights for the project.
The solution involved creating a newly designed UX and Ul that immediately captivated users with a sense of finance and ease. This was achieved through minimalistic and understandable UX flow. The process involved primary/secondary research, user and stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, affinity mapping, empathy mapping, user personas and flow, red routes, design system, wireframes, usability testing, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Aiming to make a strong first impression in just 5 seconds, I employed multiple strategies to engage users upon landing. Colors, typography, design elements, and composition all contributed significantly to increasing conversion rates and turning leads into customers.
The analysis revealed the need to prioritize mobile optimization by comparing with other competitors with same working model, clarify CTAS, refine user flow, target content to the 20-30 age group, and include customer testimonials to improve Younited's competitiveness.
