Background
For Front Office GmbH, I delivered a complete website relaunch. A technically and visually dated website, more than 20 years old, needed a modern replacement that communicated credibility, professionalism and experience in the German staffing market.
Goals and challenges
The existing content needed a clearer structure. Services had to be easier to understand, navigation and readability needed improvement, and contact options needed to be easier to find. The website also needed a practical foundation for future development.
My contribution
My work covered stakeholder alignment, UX analysis, content restructuring and information architecture, followed by wireframes, UI design, responsive Webflow development, CMS structure and usability improvements. Brand, content and implementation were treated as one connected task.
User research and orientation
The original project analysis described a predominantly desktop-oriented context. Clarity, credibility and quick access to information mattered most. The old visual hierarchy did not adequately communicate the quality of the services; users needed clearer explanations and simpler navigation.
Competitor analysis
Comparison with modern German B2B company websites highlighted trustworthy design, clear calls to action and a structured service presentation. The visual direction was deliberately straightforward to support orientation without overwhelming the offer.
Design decisions
Typography, spacing, colour and page structure were designed around a quick first overview. Visitors should understand the staffing services, identify whether they are relevant and find a clear way to get in touch. The page hierarchy connects these questions in a logical sequence.
Webflow, CMS and scalability
The responsive build uses a structured CMS to simplify content maintenance and future expansion. It was prepared for potential additions such as an employee portal; this does not mean that a portal was already delivered.
Outcome and handover
The result is a modern Webflow website with clearer navigation, better service positioning and a consistent visual identity. Performance work, responsive implementation and structured stakeholder communication supported an organized launch and a foundation for continued development.
