People find you for the wrong jobs.
A broad “we do everything” does not explain your specialism or the projects you actually want to take on.
Your next customers are looking for a business that understands their project. I connect local SEO, clear service pages and CRO to help turn interest into relevant project enquiries.
Recommendations remain valuable. Your website can also explain which jobs you take on, where you work and how customers can enquire. Three common gaps can interrupt that journey.
A broad “we do everything” does not explain your specialism or the projects you actually want to take on.
Customers cannot tell whether you cover their location. That can create unnecessary questions or unsuitable enquiries.
A hidden phone number or lengthy form makes the first step harder, especially on a smartphone.
We review your website and Google Business Profile together: are services, contact details, opening hours and your actual service area accurate? Do you have original work photos and genuine reviews? I help present this information clearly.
A location page needs a real connection: available services, the area you cover and useful details for customers. We do not plan a collection of interchangeable pages with only the place name changed.
Google identifies relevance, distance and prominence as central factors in local results. Listing a large service area is therefore no promise of appearing at the top everywhere. Source: Google on local search
A bathroom renovation page needs different answers from a decorating page. We develop content from your actual offer, with a clear process, defined boundaries and a suitable contact route.
Scope of work, coordination with other trades, site-visit process and information needed for an initial assessment.
Available installations, existing buildings or new builds, prerequisites and the route to a technical assessment.
Interior or exterior work, surfaces and their condition, preferred timing and original project examples shared with permission.
Content-planning examples. Not client references or measured search volumes.
More visitors are of little use if key details are missing or the form is awkward on a phone. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) connects clear pages, obvious contact options and the right questions about the project.
We ask only for what you need to assess the enquiry. Service, location and a short project description may help; lengthy mandatory fields and a full quotation do not automatically belong in the first contact. A callback route stays easy to find.
“How much does a renovation cost?”
Service, location and scope are missing. An initial assessment needs a follow-up question.

I’m Fahad Khan, a freelance UX/UI designer and web developer based in Berlin. I connect analysis, content, technical implementation and CRO. You bring knowledge of your trade; I turn it into a clear digital presence.

Review services, coverage, search queries and contact journeys.
Improve content, mobile usability and technical SEO foundations.
Where useful, pass structured enquiries into existing email or CRM processes.
Review enquiry quality, reduce friction and plan the next improvements.
First we establish which services and areas matter. You then receive a specific proposal, such as an SEO and UX audit, improvements to key service pages or ongoing optimisation. Deliverables, timing, responsibilities and costs are agreed before work begins.
You do not need a new system by default. A suitable existing website can remain the foundation.
It depends on your goals. Clearer service pages may help if you want more of a particular type of work or fewer unsuitable enquiries. When capacity is full, we focus on suitable projects and honest availability information. Additional traffic is not a goal in itself.
Your profile is an important local contact point. Your own website can explain services, project examples and the enquiry process in greater depth. We review both together and decide which improvements make sense for your business.
No. An additional location page should genuinely help customers and reflect your actual service area. Without distinct information, a clear coverage overview is often a better starting point than many almost identical pages.
Yes, if the current system supports the necessary changes. I review content, mobile usability, indexability and contact journeys. A rebuild only becomes relevant if important requirements cannot reasonably be met within the existing system.
An audit, individual service pages and ongoing support have different scopes. After a conversation you receive an individual proposal with agreed deliverables. Any hosting, licence or tool costs are listed separately; an advertising budget is not automatically included.
There is no guaranteed timeframe. Starting points, competition, demand and implementation differ. We first define what will improve and how progress will be reviewed. Search positions, contact actions and genuinely relevant enquiries are assessed separately.
You know your services, processes and limits best. We gather that information together; I support the structure and writing. Original work photos and approved references come from you. Qualifications, reviews and results are never invented.
Yes. CRO is part of my offer: we review contact journeys, clear questions and mobile usability. Existing email or CRM workflows can be connected where needed. Automation is planned only where it serves a practical purpose and its scope has been agreed.
Send me your website, trade and service area. We’ll discuss where better visibility and clearer enquiries could help.
