Digitalization + AI + CRO: What moves your business forward? Let’s get to know each other.

SEO for coachesYour expertise deserves
the right enquiries.

SEO for coaches starts with clarity. I connect search strategy, useful content and conversion optimisation so people can discover your offer, recognise its relevance and find their way to a conversation with you.

RELEVANCE BEFORE REACH

People rarely start
with your methodology.
They need a way forward.

A career change, a first management role or a difficult decision: the reason for a search is often more specific than the word “coaching”. Your website needs to connect with that situation and explain who your offer is suitable for.

We translate your positioning into a useful page structure. The goal is suitable enquiries from people who understand your offer, know its boundaries and choose to request a conversation.

STRATEGY, CONTENT AND IMPLEMENTATION

Four building blocks.
One coherent presence.

You need more than additional copy. You need topics, pages and contact journeys that work together. I plan the work with you and implement the agreed improvements.

01

Positioning & search intent

We clarify who you support and the situations where your offer is relevant. This becomes a topic and keyword structure grounded in your actual expertise.

  • Clarify your offer and audience
  • Review existing search queries
  • Separate service pages from educational topics
02

Content that supports decisions

I structure service pages and useful content around specific needs. Your approach, process and boundaries become clear. Your own experience and verifiable qualifications give the offer a recognisable identity.

  • Clear service and audience pages
  • Answers about process, format and cost
  • Internal links to a relevant next step
03

Technical SEO & website implementation

We review indexability, page titles, navigation and mobile usability. I implement agreed fixes on your existing website, or plan a redesign where the current foundation is insufficient.

  • Structure, metadata and redirects
  • Mobile layout and loading behaviour
  • Implementation suited to your CMS
04

CRO & suitable first conversations

We clarify the transition from interest to an enquiry. Clear calls to action, booking journeys and considered form questions help set expectations early. The fit of the contacts matters as well as their number.

  • Review appointment and contact journeys
  • CTA and form optimisation
  • Define measurement goals and next steps
CRO FOR COACHING WEBSITES

Four small decisions
come before the first conversation.

A search position alone does not create an enquiry. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) examines where people hesitate, which information is missing and how to make the next step clearer.

01

Is this right for me?

Name the audience, situation and offer. Visitors should not need to decode your methodology first.

02

Can I trust you?

Show the person behind the offer, verifiable qualifications and genuine, approved references where available.

03

What should I expect?

Explain the format, process and scope. Clear expectations matter more than sweeping promises.

04

How do I begin?

Give the first conversation a clear purpose. Make scheduling or contacting you easy on a phone.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

SEO for coaches:
What to know.

Is SEO worthwhile for an independent coach?

SEO can make sense when people search for your topic or relevant support and your website clearly explains the offer. We first review your specialisation, existing content and realistic search topics. Publishing more articles does not solve unclear positioning.

Do I need a blog for SEO?

Not necessarily. Your service pages should answer the essential questions first. Educational content is useful when it explores a real audience concern and connects naturally to your offer. A few helpful resources can be a better starting point than a publishing schedule without a clear purpose.

How does local SEO differ from SEO for online coaching?

For in-person coaching, your actual location and catchment area matter. For online coaching, audience, topic, language and format become more central. We structure pages around the real offer; location pages without a genuine connection do not replace clear positioning.

How long before SEO brings enquiries?

It depends on your starting point, competition, content and implementation. There is no fixed date when enquiries are guaranteed. We agree a review period and consider relevant search queries, visits and contact journeys together.

How much does SEO for coaches cost?

Scope determines the price: a review, improvements to individual pages and ongoing support are different tasks. After an initial conversation you receive an individual proposal with defined deliverables. Additional tool, hosting or licence costs are discussed separately.

Can I keep my existing coaching website?

Yes, if it offers a useful technical and editorial foundation. I first review which improvements are possible within the current system. A complete rebuild only makes sense when key requirements cannot reasonably be met another way.

How can you help me receive more suitable enquiries?

We explain who the offer is for, which concerns you work with and how collaboration begins. Forms should ask only for information needed to understand an enquiry. We review enquiry quality using your feedback rather than relying on click counts alone.

Your offer is personal.
Your website should feel that way.

Show me your website and tell me who you want to reach. We’ll discuss where clearer communication and better visibility can make a useful difference.
